Description
The Specialità is the grinder we recommend most often when someone wants to get serious about espresso. The 55 mm hardened-steel flat burrs grind evenly and quickly, and the sound-insulated metal housing turns the grinding noise into more of a rustle. On the touchscreen you save two doses for single and double shots, and the stepless fine adjustment lets you dial in your espresso exactly. It can also be set coarser for moka pot, French press and filter.
How to use it
- Attach the bean hopper and fill it with fresh beans.
- Set the grind size with the dial below the motor – start fine for espresso and adjust step by step.
- Choose single or double dose on the touchscreen and place the portafilter in the adjustable fork.
- Start grinding, distribute the grounds, tamp, brew.
