We deliver within Germany – standard shipping is always free.
Delivery area
We only deliver to addresses in Germany. Delivery abroad or collection is not possible.
Shipping methods and costs
- Free standard shipping – €0.00 – delivery time 5–8 working days
- Express shipping – €7.99 – delivery time 3–5 working days
You choose the shipping method at checkout. There is no minimum order value.
How we calculate the delivery time
The delivery time starts with receipt of your payment and includes 1–2 working days of processing. Larger machines such as bean-to-cup machines are shipped well padded in their original box. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Shipment tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to show current data.
Please check your delivery address
Check your address before ordering. If you notice a mistake, write to us immediately at support@orvain.shop. As long as the order hasn’t shipped, we can change the address.
Delays
If a delivery is delayed, we’ll inform you by email. You can then withdraw from the contract if the goods have not yet been shipped.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, ideally have the damage confirmed by the delivery driver and send us photos of the packaging and goods to support@orvain.shop. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll sort it out with the carrier. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
