Your right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you or a third party named by you received the goods. The full conditions are set out in our Right of withdrawal.
How to withdraw
The fastest way is via our page Withdraw from contract. You can also send us your withdrawal by email to support@orvain.shop or by post. An informal letter is sufficient.

Please send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal and pack them well.
Return costs
You bear the direct cost of the return.
Refund
We refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have proven that you have sent them back.
As our standard shipping is free, we refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery (€0.00). We do not refund the surcharge for express shipping (€7.99), because you expressly chose this more expensive shipping method.
Compensation for loss of value
You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods if it results from handling that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please write to us with your order number and photos at support@orvain.shop. We’ll find a quick solution – replacement or refund.
Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty of 2 years from delivery applies.
