FAQ
Which grinder suits my brew method?
For espresso you need a grinder that goes very fine and adjusts in small steps – for example the Eureka Mignon Specialità or the Mahlkönig E64 WS. For filter, French press and cold brew, the Fellow Ode or the Eureka Mignon Crono is ideal. All-rounders such as the Mahlkönig X64 SD or the Eureka Mignon Zero can do both.
Portafilter or bean-to-cup – which suits me?
A bean-to-cup machine grinds, brews and froths at the touch of a button – ideal if mornings need to be easy. With a portafilter machine and a good grinder you control every step yourself and can dial in your espresso exactly. Just write to us if you’re unsure.
What does single dose mean?
With a single-dose grinder you only load the beans for one serving. Hardly any ground coffee stays inside the grinder, and you can switch beans at any time.
Are the machines new and original?
Yes. We only sell new original goods in the manufacturer’s packaging. The 2-year statutory warranty applies. We are an independent retailer and not an authorised distributor of the brands.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order (5–8 working days). Express shipping costs €7.99 (3–5 working days). We only deliver within Germany.
